Stars & Stripes Woodworks is a Veteran owned and operated company. Everything is exclusively sourced, and built at its headquarters in Helena, Montana, USA! All the products that come out of the SSW shop are built with American Veteran hands! Support American made and support Veteran built!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD A CERTAIN PRODUCT?
Build time varies per item, ranging from just a few days to up to 4 weeks. We know you are excited to get such an awesome product, so understand we build our items as effieciently as possible while still taking every effort to maintain an "attention to detail" building process. For specific build times, refer to an individual item's description for details.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING TIME?
Shipping time varies based on shipping destination. All our orders ship from our headquarters in Helena, MT.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM BUILDS/DESIGNS?
Yes! We do offer custom design and build services! Have a unique idea in mind, we would love to help it become a reality.
HOW DOES DESIGN WORK FOR CUSTOM BUILDS?
Interested in building something custom. Reach out to us through our "Contact" page, and we can work with you to build something unique. We offer a design service for a non-refundable $100 fee.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Wondering if your order is complete, and has shipped yet? Re-visit you orders item description to see the build time for your specific item.
DO YOU SELL/PROVIDE MEDALS, PATCHES, COINS, ETC. ?
No. We do not sell items to go into our products, with one exception. We do offer Annin brand American Flags (Made in the U.S.A!) as an add on to our flag display cases and shadow boxes, but we do not sell ribbons, medals, patches, or anything of that like nature that you would commonly find in a military shadow box.
DO YOU OFFER MOUNTING SERVICES FOR ITEMS TO GO INSIDE A SHADOW BOX OR FLAG DISPLAY CASE?
Yes! We offer a professional mounting service, for a fee of $50, to mount any items you provide to us.
How it works is, once you find a shadow box you absolutely love, you can place an order for it and add our "Mounting Service" to your order at checkout.
Then, you would need to box up any items you would like to possibly fit into you shadow box (please reference the backer board measurements of you particular item to see how much space you have to work with), and send them to us!
Once your shadow box has been built, and before we ship it out, our team will lay out the items you sent us and send you photos of possible layouts. We work with you to build the perfect layout design, to display all of your accomplishments and cherished possessions.
If any items don't happen to fit, or if you decide to not put some of them in the shadow box, we send them back to you with your completed order!
This professional moutning service saves you the hassle of having to mount everything meticulously right yourself, plus, you have an item that is ready to hang up on your wall to display, right out of the box!

DISCOUNTS, BULK ORDERS, SALES?
We do not offer any direct discount on our items, other than a multiple item (bulk) discount.
HELP! MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED!
You've been waiting, excited to get your awesome, American Made, Veteran Built item, and you open it up like a kid on Christmas morning, and find it is broken!
We aim to package all our items carefully and well protected, but sometimes, "Ace Ventura" at the shipping company just doesn't take as good of care of our package as we would like, no matter how many fragile labels we put on it.
Your order is insured! So please contact us ASAP, once you notice your order has been damaged. Also, do not throw away any of the packaging material or the item itself. We will need photos to process the claim with the shipping company, and we will do what we can on our end to make it right!
